Artist as Evolution; Art as Creator

Creative void; new canvas stretched.
She reckons how it should begin,
selecting brush, one suited hue,
then dips her bristles: origin.

Renditions - spiral galaxies
emerge to burn away the haze
as stars resolve from dots to blaze
and saturate for light years since.

In this, her seventh try, she rights
the starkness with specific sights,
acquainting chaos, planets, songs
in spaces anything belongs,

though nothing's owned.  Still, we possess.
So artists grow and arts create,
evolving ever to progress
from cosmic sparks which radiate

through universal lights alive
outside what critics might contrive,
where art transcends the counterfeit,
immortalizing human wit.
