Diversions

Riderless seesaw,
where pairs sat, took turns watching
summers rise and fall:

now, outgrown playground,
where motley leaves hide and seek,
frolic ere fading

raindrops glide down slides
while winds sway on swings: nature's
lark before the freeze.
