DNA: Do Not Assess
Your DNA can just attest,
you're human, yes, like all the rest.
Biology's a low percent
of who you are beyond descent.
This skin is thin. It cannot hide
the trillion things alive inside
your brain outshining galaxies
with all of its complexities:
it fail us, each genetic test,
to know ourselves, define what's "best."
The true exams? Our proctored views:
to not assess but disabuse
ourselves from questions poorly posed
on how we have compared, composed.
Instead, let's learn, begin to teach
deep wisdoms better minds may reach.
