Embrace

Our cares caressing
all these trees
encircle branches,
valleys, leas,
round every leaf,
roots underground,
out toward mountains,
rivers bound
for sunsets, moons,
each rising star,
entangling us
from here to far
in nature's rings
of nights, rebirth,
where vibrant sights
find vital Earth
and heavens left
not off in space
but near, in all
our loves embrace.
