Mirror of Untruth
This mirror's insincerity
appeals to the narcissists
inviting liars from the glass
to join their inner masquerades
where vanity can dance all night,
majestically, commanding awe,
beneath flamboyant chandeliers
as music drowns the outer world
and mirth pervades exalted halls
--until such castles of conceit
collapse from modest gravity.
